CSU shooting: Were officer's actions 'objectively reasonable'?

Columbus has been over this issue before -- just three years ago. That's when a Columbus police officer pursuing a bank robber fatally shot another man who got into a pickup truck the robber stole trying to get away. The officer assumed the second man was an accomplice. Investigators later determined he was not.
