Chattahoochee Valley swept a doubleheader against Jeff Davis on April 4 to improve to 31-9 overall and 17-3 in the ACCC South.
More than two weeks later, their records remain the same as yet another pair of games were postponed on Saturday.
The Pirates were scheduled to host Wallace State-Selma for a doubleheader at Howard Lake Field. But wet field conditions would not allow a game to be played.
Those postponements came on the heels of several others:
Never miss a local story.
The Pirates were scheduled to play at Shelton State in Tuscaloosa on April 7. That game was cancelled.
They were scheduled to host Andrew College on April 13. That game was postponed, then it was cancelled after they couldn't play on April 14.
CVCC was scheduled to play a doubleheader at Selma on April 16. Those games were postponed to April 17. They were postponed again.
Now, CVCC and Selma will try again Sunday in Selma with the first game of a doubleheader scheduled for 1 p.m.
There has been no announcement as to when the games at CVCC will be made up.
