Jackson Oliver, Kevin Manos and Tim Massengale each homered to lead Columbus State to an 11-3 win over Valdosta State Wednesday at Ragsdale Field.
After Valdosta State took a 1-0 lead in the second inning, Oliver got things going in the bottom of the third with a two-run homer. The Cougars (33-12) scored three more times in the third to go up 5-1.
Caleb Kutsche (6-0) gave up one run on three hits in two innings and picked up the win.
Oliver and Joey Lewis each had two hits for the Cougars, and CSU scored two runs in each the sixth, seventh and eighth innings to put the game away.
CSU closes out the regular season this weekend at Armstrong State with a doubleheader Saturday beginning at noon and a single game Sunday at 1 p.m.
