Here's another from our "what was the guy thinking" file:
A 49-year-old man was stabbed Tuesday morning when he argued with another man about spanking his grandchild, Columbus police said.
The men were in a Foye Avenue home around 10:10 a.m. when the argument about spanking happened, reports state. The 17-year-old suspect got a knife and slashed the older man in the chest, leaving a 3- to 4-inch cut.
The man was taken to The Medical Center, police said. He didn’t need surgery and was in good condition.
The suspect has a name of either Deltick or Detrick Williams, is 125 pounds, 5-foot-6 with a tattoo of a skeleton on his upper left arm and a tattoo on his upper right arm of the word “Taronda,” reports show.
