A 17-year-old accused of trying to kidnap a 16-year-old girl is out on bond, Muscogee County Jail records state.
Brodrick Walker made his $5,000 bond on Tuesday. He’s accused of approaching two 16-year-old girls who were at Georgetown Elementary School’s playground Monday afternoon.
The girl testified Tuesday in Columbus Recorder’s Court that she was at the playground with a friend when three suspects rode up in a golf cart, started talking to them and then invited them for a ride. When the girls declined, the suspects grabbed them and picked one of them up, she said.

Walker’s case has been bound over to Muscogee County Superior Court. He’s pleaded not guilty to one count of attempted kidnapping.
