A teenage girl was raped at Jordan High School sometime between Thursday and Friday afternoon of last week, according to a Columbus police report.
Officers were dispatched to Midtown Medical Center (formerly The Medical Center) on Monday morning in reference to a rape. There they were advised by the victim's caretaker that she had allegedly been raped between Oct. 17 and Oct. 18.
The suspect is listed as "Dontavious." He knew the victim.
"Dontavious" allegedly used verbal threats in the commission of the act.
Valerie Fuller, director of communications for the Muscogee County School District, said that they were notified of the report on Monday.
"Nothing has been confirmed," she said.
Police are investigating.
