A Columbus man accused of attacking three people Friday on Joy Road faces three aggravated assault charges, police said.
Christopher Nichols, 31, also is charged with one count of criminal damage to property. After a Recorder’s Court hearing Saturday, bond was set at $34,000 on all the charges and the charges were bound over to Superior Court.
None of the three victims in 6:50 p.m. incident were injured seriously.
In a report, police said two officers were sent to 901 Joy Road, lot 525, to check on an assault. Police said he thrusted a screwdriver toward his live-in girlfriend and two other people at the mobile home.

Nichols also is accused of breaking a window in the home and throwing an entertainment center at his girlfriend.
She was hit in the head, face and neck.
Damage in the home is estimated at $2,000.
