Allexius Hauck only eluded police for a week before an officer recognized her car again, according to a Columbus Police report.
The 17-year-old was pulled over Monday after an officer recognized her Oldsmobile Aurora as the same vehicle that sped away when he attempted a traffic stop the week before. Hauck allegedly evaded the officer on Floyd Road after he attempted to pull her over for a broken tag light.
\Hauck was stopped Monday near the intersection of Interstate 185 and Buena Vista Road at about 1 a.m. While searching her vehicle, police say they found an undisclosed amount of meth.
Hauck was charged with intent to distribute meth, failure to have tag illuminated, failure to obey traffic control device, fleeing or eluding police, no state driver's license, obstruction of law enforcement officers, possession of drug related objects and reckless driving. She was taken to Muscogee County Jail.
