Auburn Police announced Friday the arrest of four individuals who allegedly attempted to forge prescriptions at various pharmacies in Auburn and Opelika.
Carlos Brandon, 25, of Atlanta; Khadijah Masika Colquitt, 23, of Atlanta; Christopher Dante Smith, 26, of Atlanta; and Fredrico Tiquan Brown, 23, of Macon County were charged with conspiracy to commit a controlled substance crime. They were placed in the Lee County Detention Center under a $9,000 bond, according to a release.
Authorities said the suspects were identified while attempting to forge prescriptions for controlled narcotics. They were apprehended near the Publix and CVS pharmacies on Moores Mill Road, the release states. Additional charges may be pending, police added.
