Police: Foxy Lady dancer arrested for dancing topless

A Foxy Lady dancer was placed behind bars Thursday for allegedly dancing topless, according to an arrest report. 

Shanice Oceana Rosario, 25, was arrested in the 3023 Victory Drive club 8:25 p.m. Thursday and charged with total nude dancing at an adult establishment. She was placed in Muscogee County Jail.

According to the report, several agents with the Special Operations Unit were conducting compliance checks throughout Columbus when they witnessed Rosario dancing topless at the Fox Lady nightclub.

Police said they apprehended her and later learned that she had several out-of-state warrants.

Rosario's preliminary hearing is set for 2 p.m. today in Recorder's Court.
