Man shot in elbow on Foye Avenue

A 27-year-old man was shot in the right elbow late Friday on Foye Avenue, Columbus police said.

The victim was in fair condition at Midtown Medical Center after the 10:30 p.m. on  Foye Avenue and Singer Drive.

Police said the victim was in the street when an unknown gunman fired a shot at him, striking his elbow.

The shooting remains under investigation, police said.
