In an attempt to get the man out of her car, she was screaming at the rear passenger later identified as Tolbert. That’s when the man stepped from the car, slapped the woman with his hand and struck her in the face with a pistol pulled from his front pocket
- He is accused of firing a shot into the right rear passenger’s door below the door handle. The suspect then left the area on foot.
-The teen identified as Tolbert’s girlfriend was sitting in the middle of the back seat when the shot was fired. The bullet struck her lower back on the right side and went out the center.
