Some of Georgia’s second mortgage brokers and lenders are not through yet in the fight against Muscogee Rep. Milton Jones’ now-passed bill to limit charges on their loans. A group has raised a $100,000 kitty which will be offered if a strong opponent can be found for Comptroller General Jimmy Bentley. He helped Jones push the bill through the General Assembly.
