After repeated offers -- including from "the whole MBA department at Auburn University" -- Auburn athletic legend Bo Jackson has completed the ALS ice bucket challenge.
In a snorkeling mask, floaties and flippers, Jackson was doused with a bucket big enough to be lifted by a Bobcat machine. What's more, Jackson has now challenged ... a lot of people. Every president, CEO, CFO and COO of every company and university in the country. Plus: every professional American athlete. Plus: anyone who has ever associated with Jackson.
The "ice bucket challenge," so-named for raising awareness about the effects of the disease, has helped raise millions in research and has been completed by public officials both big and small, including Russell County Sheriff Heath Taylor and and Auburn's Gus Malzahn.
