ATLANTA, Ga. — Georgia Tech allowed seven runs in a turbulent sixth inning on Tuesday, losing to Kennesaw State 11-6 at home.
Ben Parr got the loss for the Yellow Jackets, pitching five innings and allowing seven hits and four runs, two of which were earned. Chris Erwin got the win for Kennesaw State.
In the loss, Georgia Tech’s A.J. Murray went 2-for-5 with two home runs and four RBIs.
The Yellow Jackets (24-15, 9-12 Atlantic Coast Conference) begin a three-game series at home against Clemson on Friday.
