FORT MYERS, Fla. -- The Pioneer Little League junior softball all-stars lost 10-0 to Florida Tuesday in the Southeast Regional championship game.
The game was stopped after five innings due to the mercy rule.
Pioneer was limited to four hits. Aiyanna Taylor collected two of them, including a double. Berkley Hall and Haley Singletary also had hits.
In a elimination game earlier on Tuesday, Pioneer scored three runs in the top of the seventh Tuesday to rally past North Carolina 6-5.

Raelee Weaver capped the rally by scoring on a passed ball.
Kennedi Bedell and Taylor opened the inning by reaching on errors, putting runners on second and third base.
Weaver grounded to third and Bedell beat the throw home for the first run, trimming the deficit to one, 5-4.
Kamdyn Fuller singled to center to load the bases.
After a pop out, Alyssa Barker drew a walk to force in the tying run.
The regional was played in Fort Myers, Fla. The Florida team advances to the junior softball world series in Kirkland, Wash.
