Columbus State will be a host for first- and second-round games in the 2008 Division II Women's Soccer Championship, the NCAA announced on Monday.
The games will be played on Friday and Sunday at the Walden Soccer Complex on the CSU campus.
Columbus State (19-3-1) is the top seed in the Southeast Region and will receive a bye in the first round. Friday’s game will feature Georgia College against Catawba at 7 p.m.
The winner will play CSU at 1 p.m. Sunday.

In the other half of the Southeast Regional at Jefferson, Tenn., second seed Carson-Newman is the host. It will play Sunday against the winner of Friday’s UNC-Pembroke-Pfeiffer game.
Sunday's winners advance to the regional-championship round.
Tickets for the regional will be $7 for adults, $4 for students (age 13 to college with identification), and $2 for children age 4-12.
