CSU voted favorite in Peach Belt
AUGUSTA, GA — Peach Belt Conference head coaches unanimously selected Columbus State’s women’s soccer team as the preseason favorite to win the conference championship.
It marks the fourth straight year the Lady Cougars have been the preseason favorite. Georgia College and State University was selected second with Armstrong Atlantic State rounding out the top three.

Coaches were not allowed to rank their own teams.
CSU won its fourth straight conference championship and third straight tournament title last season. The Lady Cougars finished 21-4-1 after falling in the NCAA quarterfinals.
Flagler and Montevallo will be new teams in the conference this season.
