Monday, the Lady Cougars found out it is the No. 1 seed for the Southeast Regional. The NCAA places six teams in each of eight regionals and splits the regionals into two parts. CSU is hosting part of the Southeast with Armstrong Atlantic, as the No. 2 seed, hosting the other half.

Armstrong Atlantic will face the winner of Friday’s UNC-Pembroke and Pfeiffer game.
The winner of the two halves of the regional will meet on Nov. 19 at a site to be determined.
