The Auburn Tigers unveiled their SEC West Champion rings on Wednesday, and one Alabama player took notice. Crimson Tide linebacker Terrell Lewis shared Auburn football’s tweet of the ring and added, “This is sad …”.
Three-star cornerback Cordale Flott committed to Auburn on Tuesday. The 6-foot-1, 165-pound Flott had offers from 22 schools, including Alabama, Florida, Tennessee and Nebraska. Flott is ranked as the 40th overall recruit in the state of Alabama.
Auburn defensive back Jeremiah Dinson had surgery on his injured right shoulder this week. Dinson left Auburn’s A-Day after the first play of the second quarter last Saturday. He had one tackle for loss in the scrimmage.
Auburn junior guard Bryce Brown will go through the NBA Draft process. Brown will not hire an agent, leaving the door open for a return to the Tigers for his senior season. Brown has until 5 p.m. on June 11 to withdraw his name from the draft.
After two years at Auburn, forward Desean Murray is moving on. Murray announced Tuesday that he is leaving Auburn. Murray said he has not decided whether he will become a graduate transfer to another school or instead begin his professional career.
Grayson High School (Loganville, Ga.) center Jakai Clark committed to Auburn on Tuesday. Clark made his decision after receiving the offer on Saturday. Clark, a 6-foot-2, 305-pounder, is considered a three-star prospect in the Class of 2019.
Auburn sophomore basketball player Austin Wiley declared for the 2018 NBA Draft on Tuesday. Wiley, who was one of two Tigers suspended for the 2017-2018 season, will not hire an agent in order to leave the door open for a return to Auburn.

Auburn receiver Will Hastings had surgery on a torn ACL this week. The surgery comes after the rising senior went down with an injury in Auburn's scrimmage last Saturday. Hastings had 26 receptions, 525 receiving yards and four touchdowns in 2017.
Auburn freshman guard Davion Mitchell announced his intent to transfer Thursday. Mitchell played in 34 games for the Tigers in 2017-2018. He averaged 3.7 points per game and posted 39 total rebounds and 18 steals in his first collegiate season.
