Three-star cornerback Cordale Flott (Saraland, Ala.) committed to Auburn on Tuesday. The 6-foot-1, 165-pound Flott had offers from 22 schools, including Alabama, Florida, Tennessee and Nebraska.
Flott is ranked as the 40th overall recruit in the state of Alabama, according to 247Sports’ Composite ranking.
Flott announced his decision on Twitter and thanked God, his family and his coaches for helping him through the process.
"I'm very excited," Flott said to AL.com. "Auburn is the best fit for me. I'm happy to put it behind me and focus on my senior year and being the best player and student-athlete I can be for Saraland High School."
Flott becomes the fourth Auburn commit in next year’s class, joining quarterback Bo Nix, wide receiver George Pickens and center Jakai Clark.
