AUBURN, Ala. — Auburn knew it would have another night kickoff when it went on the road to Fayetteville, Ark., this weekend.
Now the Tigers have an official time. The SEC announced Sunday that kickoff for Auburn's game against Arkansas would be 6 p.m. ET, with ESPN2 handling the broadcast duties. The league waited for ESPN to decide whether it wanted to take Auburn/Arkansas over Missouri/Tennessee. With the Tigers and Razorbacks squaring off at 6 p.m. on ESPN2, the Tigers/Volunteers have a later game time, starting at 7 p.m. ET on ESPN.
Auburn will enter its matchup against Arkansas on a four-game win streak, with its most recent effort being a dominant, 45-10 victory against Florida Atlantic on Saturday night.
Arkansas didn't play this weekend, having its first open date of the season. After beginning the year 3-0, the Razorbacks have gone into a free fall, losing five straight games. Their last two defeats — versus South Carolina and Alabama, respectively — were particularly lopsided, as the Razorbacks lost by a combined score of 104-7.
