NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. — An NFL career is waiting for Greg Robinson whenever he wants it.
Whether it will come later this year won't be revealed for at least another week. During Auburn's media day on Saturday, the starting left tackle said he has yet to come to a decision on his future.
"It'll be something I deal with after this game," he said. "I've really just been focusing on (the BCS championship) because this is the biggest game I've ever played in my life. I didn't win a state championship in high school, so this win would really mean (a lot) to me. But when it's time for that decision, I'll be ready."
Robinson is only a sophomore, but he redshirted in 2011, thus making him eligible for the draft at the conclusion of this season. Should he decide to leave early, Robinson likely won't be available for long, as the Thibodaux, La., native is expected to be selected in the first round.
