AUBURN, Ala. — Auburn's athletic department announced Tuesday that it sold out its allotment of 2014 season tickets.
The Tigers sold an additional 3,500 tickets this year in the Eagles Nest, which became available since Alabama and Georgia are road games in 2014. The Crimson Tide and Bulldogs are allotted 10,000 visitor tickets; the highest total this year is LSU at 7,000. Games against LSU (Oct. 4), South Carolina (Oct. 25) and Texas A&M (Nov. 8) are sellouts.
Approximately 200 tickets remain for the season opener versus Arkansas on Aug. 30. The only way to purchase them is through one of two mini-pack options: It costs $120 for a ticket to the opener and two non-conference contests; in another, a ticket to the Arkansas game and one non-conference tilt is available for $100.
Single-game tickets and mini-packs are still available for San Jose State, Louisiana Tech and Samford.
