TUSCALOOSA, Ala. — Former Alabama starting linebacker Prince Hall is transferring to Central Washington for his senior season.
Crimson Tide coach Nick Saban announced Hall’s decision to spend his final season at the Division II school on Friday. He had played in 36 games and started 14 for the Tide, making 152 tackles in three seasons.
But off the field Hall had been suspended three times in the past two seasons for violating team rules. He had not been allowed to practice with the team during the last two springs.
Hall said he thought the transfer represented a great opportunity to finish his career.
