The Smiths Station City Council will be looking a light agenda Tuesday when it meets at 6 p.m. EDT in the council chambers at the Smiths Station Government Center, 2336 Lee Road 430.
The council will hear the city's financial report for the period ending March 31, 2008 from City Clerk Jerry Bentley.
It will also vote on a proclamation in support of Gov. Bob Riley's declaration of April as Fair Housing Month, a particularly with the Smiths Station area was of the fastest growing residential markets in the state.
The council meeting will be preceded by a work session, which begins at 5:30 p.m.
