The Columbus Lions continued to bolster their offensive line this week, adding a pair of standout linemen from last season's championship run.
The Lions re-signed OL Arthur Smith and OL Dion Smalls. Smalls was playing with the AFL's Georgia Force, but the Lions offered a better opportunity to get playing time, Lions coach Jason Gibson said.
Recent DL addition Tez Doolittle played great in his Lions debut last week but may miss Saturday's game with a pulled groin, Gibson said.

The Lions (3-1) return home on Saturday to host the Mobile Bay Tarpons (2-2). The Tarpons got on the Lions' schedule when the Lions' originally scheduled opponent, the Lafayette Wildcatters, folded for the season when they couldn't afford the workers comp insurance for their players. Kickoff is at 7:30 p.m.
