Although the Atlanta Braves were shut out by Milwaukee 5-0 Monday night, there was still something to cheer for.
That is, if you aren't tired of hearing the popular Robin Thicke song "Blurred Lines."
According to the AJC, Atlanta's own Aaron Chewning wrote the lyrics and video for "Baselines," a musical spoof and tribute to the recent National League East pennant winners. It debuted before Monday night's game at Turner Field.
Chewning, 24, plays the role of Thicke in the video. Also appearing? Former Braves catcher Javy Lopez, members of the Braves’ Tomahawk team, mascot Homer and “Heavy Hitters” drummers, along with local rapper Austin Miles.
Never miss a local story.
Tell us what you think. We kind of dig it.
