If you work for a large corporate company and you are curious about how other companies stack up with salary, work/life balance and more, this new Forbes list is for you.

Forbes just released their list of the Best Large Employers for 2026 and here’s what to know about employers in Georgia:

How Forbes ranked employers

According to Forbes, the seventh annual list contains research data from Statista, which surveyed more than 217,000 employees who work for a company of at least 1,000 people within the United States. Companies with over 5,000 employers are deemed large and are on this current list.

Surveys had a variety of questions, mostly pertaining to salary, work environment, training programs and opportunities to advance. However, the surveys also included questions about if the employee would recommend the company to others as well as opportunities for employees to rate the employer on certain criteria or scenarios.

Then each company was given a score based on the results of the survey and finally, ranked with other companies that received high scores.
