Columbus-filmed movie starring Bruce Willis now has a trailer. Watch it here.
The movie trailer for a Bruce Willis movie filmed in Columbus that also features several Springer Opera House individuals was released on Monday.
“Survive the Night,” formerly titled “The Long Night,” stars Bruce Willis and Chad Michael Murray. According to entertainment website Dateline, the film is about two criminals who break into a doctor’s home in need of medical attention after one of them is shot during a botched robbery.
Columbus local Riley Wolfe Rach from the Springer Theatre Academy also stars in the film as Willis’ granddaughter. In June of last year Wolfe said she was excited to be in the film and that everyone on set had been nice to her.
“Survive the Night” began filming in early June at Turntime Farms in Harris County.
Springer Film producer Jef Holbrook can be seen getting shot by “bad guys” in the trailer. Sara Lynn Holbrook, Springer Film director, was also in the movie and provided onset child welfare services, according to Paul Pierce, Director of the Springer Opera House.
The film is expected to be released sometime this year and will be rated R, according to IMDb.
