Christian music fans can expect a full night of entertainment Saturday, as the Give Yourself Away Tour hits Columbus State University’s University Hall.

The show is led by Atlanta-based NewSong, a group of musicians who have had 20 Christian singles reach No. 1.

NewSong started in the ’80s, and continues to thrive — even after a variety of lineup changes. Then, there’s Bluetree, an act that hails from Ireland.

They tell fans, “Through all the noises and beats, all the melodies and harmonies, what we want you to experience is the overwhelming presence of God.”

Saturday’s fans will also see Chynna & Vaughan.

The Christian music duo is composed of Chynna Phillips of Wilson Phillips fame, as well as Vaughan Penn, who has had her music featured on TV shows like “Grey’s Anatomy” and “The Hills.”

Rounding out the lineup: local artist Garrett Lee.

On his MySpace page, Lee notes, “I take our everyday struggles and life experiences, and put them into words to encourage and bless others.”
