The Amazing Race Season 19 Episode 9 live blogged Season 19 Episode 9, which first aired Nov. 20, 2011. See a full recap below:

Amani and Marcus are first place in the ninth leg of the Amazing Race. Who got eliminated? We don't know! Read on to find out what happened.

The teams start the ninth leg of the race in Copenhagen, Denmark. Ernie and Cindy learn they must go to a statue of Hans Christian Anderson, where they'll learn their next destination.

They quickly arrive and learn they must memorize a poem by Anderson, ride a bicycle to a drama critic sitting in a theater and recite the poem to his satisfaction. If the teams can't do it, they must return to the statue and learn the poem again.

Cindy's trying to memorize the poem, which is engraved at the base of the statue. However, there are many tourists in the way and she's having trouble reading it.

She finally gets it, rides the bicycle to the theater and does a dramatic reading on stage. She nails it on the first try.

Bill and Cathi are the second to leave. Andy and Tommy are third to head out.

Ernie and Cindy learn they must drive to the Legoland Park in a nearby town. Once there, they'll get their next clue in a large Lego piece.

Cathi decides to recite the poem. She memorizes it, but can't find the theater on a map printed on the side of the bicycle wheel. She rides off to ask for directions.

Amani and Marcus, of Pine Mountain, Ga., fame, are fourth to leave. Amani decides to memorize the poem. She puts on the bicycle helmet and rides off. She gets there before Cathi or Tommy. Amani also gets it on the first try and heads back to the statue while the other two teams are still lost.

Cathi then makes it to the theater and gives her performance. Problem is, she made one error in a word and the dramatist sends her back.

Jeremy and Sandy arrive at the statue.

Meanwhile, Ernie and Cindy reach Legoland. They find the pirate area and get their next clue: They must piece a series of Legos together while on one of those spinning cups rides. They can only put it together while the ride is moving. Once complete, the design on the Legos will reveal their next location.

Cathi is back at the theater. This time she gets it right. Tommy then gets on stage. He recites the poem, but he's not moving around the stage to the satisfaction of the judge. Tommy then leaves the theater, likely thinking he didn't recite the poem correctly.

Sandy also thinks she needs to return to the statue when she doesn't give a proper performance.

Tommy's back at the theater, doing a poor performance. The dramatist, though, lets him pass.

Sandy's back as well, waving her arms as she recites the poem. She gets the clue this time, too.

Back at Legoland: Ernie and Cindy are still on the spinning cup ride. They now know where they must go; they just need to complete the puzzle.

Teams must drive across the border into Hamberg, Germany, where they must get to the city's train station.

Amani and Marcus reach Legoland and are on the ride. Amani, though, is getting motion sickness.

Bill and Cathi are seriously lost. They stop for directions, but no dice. Amani and Marcus finish, get their clue and leave ... with the vomit bag.

Andy and Tommy arrive as Amani and Marcus leave. Jeremy and Sandy just get to Legoland. Both of those teams are on the ride at the same time. Andy and Tommy are working well together while Jeremy and Sandy are arguing the whole time.

Back on the road, Ernie and Cindy just pulled into Germany.

Andy and Tommy leave the ride while Jeremy and Sandy just realize that one of their Lego pieces fell out of the tea cup they're in. If they have to start over, Sandy says she's done.

Sandy was just being dramatic, though. They get another set and try again.

At the train station, Ernie and Sandy learn they must get to Brussels, Belgium. Once there, they must reach the European Parliment Building to get their next clue.

However, the viewer sees that they've dropped their train tickets on the ground and don't realize it.

Bill and Cathi are now at the tea cup ride. Andy and Tommy are at the train station in Germany. Amani and Marcus are in third place at the train station. Jeremy and Sandy are fourth at the station.

Ernie and Cindy just realized they lost their tickets. They look at the cost of getting replacement tickets and figure they can't afford new ones.

All teams get on the same train to Cologne. From there, they'll get a connecting train to Brussels. Except for Ernie and Cindy, maybe. A train conductor tells them that she can't do anything to help them. Cindy is tres sad.

The train is pulling into Cologne. It stops and the teams change trains to Brussels. Ernie and Cindy are on the train, too, while Cindy is talking about the various excuses they'll use when confronted about not having tickets.

Time passes and no one comes by to check their tickets. Once the train stops, everyone starts running for a cab. Bill and Cathi grab a cab without waiting in line, as do Andy and Tommy.

The teams reach the parliment building. Bill and Cathi find the clue first, which is hidden in a bicycle propped against the building.

The task: Bodybuilding. Teams must pose in various bodybuilding, um, poses. If they get a score of 12 or better from three judges, they'll get their next clue.

All the teams are at the task. They're putting on the special oil bodybuilders use. The teams then learn the various poses from the pros.

Ernie and Cindy are first one stage. They get a total score of 9. They've got to do it again.

Andy and Tommy are next. They get a 4. These judges aren't as friendly as that dramatist.

Amani and Marcus are next. They're the first team to get 12 points and learn they must go to the gazebo at Park Elizabeth, this leg's Pit Stop.

Andy and Tommy get 5 points on their second go around.

Amani and Marcus are looking online for information on the park. Meanwhile, Ernie and Cindy are working it on stage. They get 12 points and are on their way to the Pit Stop.

Next on the chopping block: Bill and Cathi. They get 3 points.

Jeremy and Sandy get 13 points. They start racing toward the Pit Stop.

Amani and Marcus drive by the park and see the gazebo. They run to the gazebo and are in first place. They win a trip to Panama.

They also learn, naturally, that they're the first team to leave on the next leg of the race ... which starts right now. Phil pulls out the next clue, hands it to them and the words "To Be Continued" appear on the screen.
