Space Science Center anniversary

The Coca-Cola Space Science Center will celebrate its 20th anniversary of Rockin’ Space Education 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Some of the activities include solar telescopes, 3D printing, shows in the Omnisphere Theater, tours of Space Shuttle artifacts, air rocket construction and flights and much more. Kayak the Hooch

Enjoy over 8-miles of flat water along the Chattahoochee, accompanied by a staff member from Oxbow Meadows. Each tour will last about 3-4 hours as you start at the Phenix City Amphitheater and finish at Oxbow Meadows. 9 a.m. Presented by Oxbow Meadows and Outside World Outfitters.
