Season 27 of “The Bachelor” is about halfway through and Bachelor nation fans are anxiously waiting to see who receives the final rose from Zach Shallcross.

But it seems many are already going through choices for the next “Bachelorette” lead.

That’s what Michelle Young and Becca Kufrin are doing on their podcast called “Bachelor Happy Hour.

Young and Kufrin are no strangers to Bachelor Nation, as they both were contestants on “The Bachelor,” but when they didn’t find love there, they were both given another chance on “The Bachelorette” on ABC.

On last week’s episode of the podcast, Becca and Michelle welcomed someone very familiar to Georgia as their guest.

“We have a guest that we’ve been asking for, for weeks and I cannot wait to have her on,” Kufrin said. “Today, we finally get to speak with Charity.”

They’re talking about Charity Lawson, a Columbus woman and frontrunner on Zach’s season. Spoiler king Reality Steve says Charity will be one of the final four women vying for Zach’s for heart.

“We’ve been dying to get her on the podcast since night one,” Young said. “She is such a huge, huge favorite of me and Becca’s.”

The episode is even called “Charity Takes the Wheel.”

“Her name says it all,” Kufrin said.

During the podcast, the women talk to Charity about her time on Zach’s season, her profession and they also talk about some drama as well as the friendships on the show. But the hottest topic is, of course, Zach and the ending of the show.

“He really is as genuine as it gets,” Lawson told the women.

So, does Charity end up with Zach? Or does she get eliminated before the final rose? And would she even accept the opportunity as the next Bachelorette?

“I think I would,” Lawson said. “I think it takes a very special person to be in the driver’s seat of something like this. . . I think it could be good. I would be open.”

And there is still half of Zach’s season left, so anything could happen. The decision for “Bachelorette” is typically announced around the series finale of “The Bachelor.”

“We are going to fight hard for you, for the lead of next season,” Kufrin told Lawson.

The women also play a game of “rapid fire” and here is what we now know about Charity:

  • She’s a night owl.

  • “Love yourself first” is the best dating advice she’s received.

  • She likes cheese pizza.

  • Her friends would describe her as “real”.

  • Her favorite curse word is the F-word.

  • Her favorite music artist is Drake.

  • Her favorite cocktail is gin, champagne and lemon juice.

  • If she could be any animal, she’d be a cheetah.

  • Her current screensaver on her phone is a photo of her and her best friend.

  • One place that she hasn’t been to that she wants to visit one day is Santorini, Greece.

After Charity leaves the podcast, the women talk about what fun they had speaking to her.

“She’s got it all,” Young said.

“I’m a huge Charity fan. I’m just going to say it – I would love to see her as Bachelorette one day,” Kufrin said.

Tune in Monday, Feb. 27th to see more of Charity Lawson’s journey on Zach’s season of The Bachelor.
