Magic, mystery and a mentalist.

“This is scary,” Charity, a Columbus, Georgia woman, said on this week’s episode of “The Bachelor.”

The journey for love continued with Zach Shallcross and the women as they traveled to Budapest during week seven.

Kaity got the first one-on-one and Brooklyn went on the second, which means Charity, Gabi, Kat and Ariel attended the group date.

The women entered an old theater and were approached by a magician-mentalist who put them to the test by reading their minds.

During Charity’s time with the mentalist, she opened up about her past relationship that ended due to infidelity.

“It’s just scary,” she said. “Learning to trust my instincts and trust my gut has been really hard because in my previous relationship, I didn’t go with what I felt at the time. It’s hard for me to trust myself.”

Charity shed tears on the date, to which Zach was seen comforting her by laying a hand on her knee.

“To sit there and say that I’m not healed. I don’t think I’ll ever fully, 100% get to that point and that doesn’t mean that I don’t want this. Zach probably sat there and took that as ‘wow, this girl’s really not ready for this,’” Charity told the cameras. “That is scary.”

During the group date after party, Charity still felt off.

“I’m not OK right now,” she said. “I feel like me as a person now is in question based off of the mentalist and so, I’m really frustrated with everything that transpired today.”

Once she sat down with the rest of the women, she talked about what she was thinking.

“I hit a roadblock,” she said. “I have a lot of things I still am working through, but “I’m here for marriage. I’m here to find my partner, my husband. But like, I’m actually terrified and I haven’t said that.”

Things turned around once she finally got some alone time with Zach.

“I haven’t really forgiven myself for it, but I don’t want you to feel like I’m not ready because I am 100% in,” she told Zach. “This is a risk I’m willing to take … I have no doubt with you.”

He smiled and pulled her close.

“Sharing that and being as honest as you can is what I need,” he said. “With you, it’s not just a spark. It’s like there is a possible, forever future here.”

The two shared a passionate kiss.

“Charity is here for me and here ready to find love,” Zach told the cameras. “I’m confident in what we have.”

Later in the episode, the women gathered for the rose ceremony, where Charity was called second to receive a rose from Zach. Kat was eliminated.

Greer was sent home after she came back from having COVID and Brooklyn was eliminated during her one-on-one date with Zach.

The final four women are Charity, Ariel, Kaity and Gabi.
