The Auburn Tigers unveiled their SEC West Champion rings on Wednesday, and one Alabama player took notice.

Crimson Tide linebacker Terrell Lewis shared Auburn football’s tweet of the ring and added, “This is sad …”. Auburn’s original tweet included “How the west was won” as well as “40-17” and “26-14”, the final scores of the Tigers’ wins over Georgia and Alabama, respectively.

Lewis walked away with two tackles in the Crimson Tide’s 26-14 loss to the Tigers on Nov. 25. The victory for Auburn gave the Tigers the tiebreaker in the West division, which sent Auburn to the SEC Championship Game for the first time since 2013.

Lewis, who is a rising junior, will get his chance to take on the Tigers again when the two teams face off on Nov. 24.
