Spicy corn casserole

3/4 cup flour

1/4 cup sugar

2-1/2 tablespoons baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon cayenne

5 eggs

1/2 cup half and half

3/4 stick butter, softened

1 (8 1/2-ounce) can creamed corn

1-pound bag frozen corn

1 red pepper, chopped

1 green pepper, chopped

Preheat the over to 375 degrees. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cayenne in a large bowl. In another large bowl, combine eggs, half and half, butter, cream corn, frozen corn and red and green peppers; mix well. Add the corn mixture to the dry ingredients; mix well.

Pour into a greased 9x13 baking dish. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
