The Columbus Lions, the local Southern Indoor Football League team, announced the signing of three players Friday.
The three newcomers are wide receiver Antoine Ott-Terrell, defensive lineman Dane Robinson and defensive back Marque Walker.
Ott-Terrell (6-foot-6, 235 pounds, Jackson State) is a senior pre-med student at Jackson State. His collegiate career started at Tennessee before transferring to Jackson State in 2006, where he received limited playing time.
Robinson (6-2, 272, Buffalo) had 58 tackles, 4.5 sacks and 11 tackles for loss at Buffalo.
Walker (6-1, 195, Clark-Atlanta) will have the chance to compete for a Liions defense that finished 2010 best in scoring defense and forced turnovers.
The Lions will conduct their first tryout for next season Oct. 9 in Atlanta at Lakewood Stadium.
