Kia Motors America unveiled the new Sorento SX trim crossover Friday during a press conference at the 2010 Atlanta Auto Show on Friday. The new trim level will join the LX and EX trim levels available on the 2011 Sorento, manufactured in West Point, GA.
Here are a few features found within the SX trim level:
....It will be nearly a half-inch lower to the ground, giving it a slightly sportier appearance while lowering the center of gravity.
....Dual Flow Damper(DFD) shock absorbers will be paired with the Sorento's MacPherson strut front suspension and fully independent multi-link rear suspension in an effort to improve handling.
....The SX comes with the 3.5 Liter V6 engine that provides 276 horsepower and 248 pound-feet of torque that can be matched to either front- or all-wheel-drive configurations.
.....A variety of new comfort and technology features, such as heated front seats and a voice-activated navigation system.
