Graduation parties: Make graduation cap cupcakes
If you're hosting a graduation party, check out these graduation cap cupcakes from Kraft Foods. Don't they look adorable? The recipe seems fairly easy to make, too.

Graduation parties can be challenging. You're often cooking for a crowd whose arrival times will vary and teenage-size appetites need to be satisfied without delving into the graduate's college fund. Then, of course, there's the graduate's food preferences which should be a factor in menu planning.
Luckily, graduation parities don't need to be fancy. When I graduated, my mom ordered buckets of fried chicken from KFC and a couple of sandwich trays from the grocery store. Tons of chips and sodas were served and my friends and I had a great time without causing my mom stress. O.K. maybe we caused mom a tiny bit of stress, but not over food.
I love these menu options from Betty Crocker. There's fancy food — raspberry-lemon fruit dip and cantaloupe chicken salad — for teenage foodies and tasty basics — slow cooker baked beans and grilled sausages — for picky eaters.
