My guilty pleasure

When my brother Fred was in high school, he would watch professional wrestling on TV. And when he was in college and when he got married and when he moved to Florida, he watched wrestling.

Since it was on TV all the time, I couldn't help but watch and after a little while, I got caught up in it. I thought it was hilarious. I know some people took it seriously, but I just thought it was funny.

I met a local guy, Eddie Maxwell, who became a professional wrestler. He told me that he thought all wrestlers should get Screen Actors Guild cards. Later, I became friends with Jerry Oates. He told me that the guys who were the biggest enemies were actually friends and they'd drive together from venue to venue.

Lee, a young friend of mine, is so excited that he bought tickets for Monday Night Raw in Atlanta next month.

Now it turns out that The Rock is returning. After spending years distancing himself from professional wrestling, Dwayne Johnson returns to his roots. Finally, The Rock is back for "WWE Monday Night Raw." The show is at 8:15 p.m. April 4 in Atlanta's Philips Arena, 1 Philips Drive.

If you can't make it to Atlanta, it will be broadcast live on the USA Network.

Wrestlers besides The Rock will be John Cena, Randy Orton, the Miz, Cm Punk & the Nexus, John Morrison, Sheamus, R-Truth, Evan Bourne, Mark Henry and the Divas. Of course, the lineup may change.

Tickets are $24, $29, $34, $44 and $74.
