her cocktail: Key Lime Pie Martini
November may be a gray and dreary month, but Houlihan’s has a creamy cocktail to help you remember sunnier days. Bartender Robert Brooks mixes together Absolute Vanilla vodka, triple sec, key lime pie syrup and half & half to make the restaurant’s Key Lime Pie martini. A sugar and graham cracker rim and lime wedge complete the drink.
“It’s really popular, especially right after dinner,” Brooks said. Patrons can order a full-size version of the drink or a mini drink as part of the restaurant’s mini martini flights.
