Supporting Pinse Hinson mean supporting the Springer Opera House

Pseudo-politician Pinse Hinson’s supporters are holding the “You’re Welcome” fundraiser for S.P.R.I.N.G.E.R. at 5-7 p.m. April 16 in the Springer Opera House Saloon (the entrance is on First Avenue).

S.P.R.I.N.G.E.R is a PAC (political action committee) formed by Pinse and his mother and is an acronym for the following Supporting Pinse Rightfully Inspiring North (Americans taking part in their) Gruesome (yet unfortunate) Economic Results.

Actually, that makes no sense to me. Does it make sense to you?

It will cost a recommende $100 minimum contribution with checks to be made payable to Springer Opera House.

There will be a cash bar with light hors d'oeuvres.

“This is not just another opportunity for me to say 'you’re welcome'" Pinse said in a statement. "Indeed, this is the ultimate vehicle for others to show me the financial support I deserve and with enough support may help me get the ultimate driving machine I deserve -- a 535i. I may even choose green (with tan interior) as a way to remind everyone again that 'you’re welcome.'"

However, all contributions will go to the Springer. He has expressed his appreciation to the Springer, saying the theater "has given me a forum to show even more people why they are fortunate to have me. You’re welcome."

The host committee Reynolds Bickerstaff, Douglas Bryant, Chico, Scott Crowley, Charlie Day, Pam and Frank Feagle, Bill and Zada Feighner, Tom and Lucile Flournoy, Theresa Garcia, John and Sis Hargrove, Paul Kilpatrick, Gil and Betsy McBride, Jason McKenzie, Josh McKoon, Kate and JJ Musgrove, Jerry and Marjorie Newman, David Rohwedder, John and Vicky Partin, John Pezold, Paul Pierce, Bob Poydasheff, Art and Sue Smith, Ed Sprouse, Mat Swift, David and Mary Varner, Robert Wadkins, Sam and Dusty Wellborn and Chris Woodruff.

Of course, everyone now knows that Pinse Hinson is Cameron Bean, the Springer's director of development.

He's one of my favorite people and he's really good at his job. The Springer is lucky to have him on staff.
