Some of the nicest people you'll ever meet are at the Georgia Welcome Centers.
I know that because the women who work at our center are, and so are the employees at the Georgia/South Carolina border. I'm not familiar with the folks at the one at the Georgia/Florida one because we're usually there after it's closed.
I got an email this morning that says it’s time again for Georgia on My Mind Day.
All of the Georgia Welcome Center sites will have a day where representatives of area attractions will be on hand to talk to people that stop by. You don’t have to be a newcomer to the area, either.
