MLK events start Saturday, Jan. 19, and continue Monday, Jan. 21

27th annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Unity Award Breakfast: Sponsored by Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, 7 a.m. Jan. 21, Columbus Convention & Trade Center. Bishop James E. Pine Mountain Trail MLK Day Hike: Meet at 1 p.m. Jan. 21, at the FDR park office. Malon Wickham will lead the Pine Mountain Trail hike to the Country Store. It’s 3.8 moderate miles.
