Federal Court Asked
to Uphold Oath
A federal court was asked Friday to hold that revised versions of the state's loyalty oath and security questionnaire are constitutional. The petition was filed by the State Board of Regents seeking to throw out a suit filed by 165 college professors challenging the acts.
