Castro Says Cubans May Leave Island

Premier Fidel Castro, in a sudden change of policy, said Tuesday night that all Cubans opposed to his Communist regime can be ferried to the United States by boat if the U.S. government agrees.

A Cobb County Republican leader has endorsed Rep. Howard (Bo) Callaway, R-Ga., for governor. State Rep. Ben Jordan said Monday he would propose a "Callaway for governor" movement Saturday in Atlanta.
