As Woman of Year
Mrs. Tracy Enfield Davis has been named 1965 Woman of the Year in Columbus for her service to the community as a member of The Medical Center Board of Commissioners, and specifically for her work this year as a member of the board's building committee during the hospital expansion program.
Rehab Clinic
The Community Services Association will name the projected Columbus alcoholic rehabilitation center The Frank U. Garrard Memorial Clinic in honor of the late Recorder's Court judge's efforts to obtain rehabilitation facilities for alcoholics throughout the state.
