Marchers Hit With Eggs, Paint
Thousands of anti-war demonstrators carried their protest against American involvement in Viet Nam into the second consecutive day Saturday with marches, speeches and draft card burnings.
One onlooker tossed six dozen eggs he carried in a shopping bag. Others tossed cans of red paint into the middle of the line of march, splattering policeman and newsmen as well as marchers.
