SPENCER VS. WESTSIDE-MACON

Where: Kinnett Stadium

Records: Spencer 4-3, 3-2 Region 2-AAA. Westside 6-1, 4-1.

Last week: Spencer beat Rutland 37-0. Westside was idle.

Series: Westside leads 1-0 with a 44-20 victory last season.

You need to know: Spencer has won three straight. Spencer is tied with Central-Macon for the fourth and final playoff berth from 2-AAA. Westside is tied with Jackson for second, a half-game behind Peach County.

KENDRICK AT SOUTHWEST-MACON

When: 7 p.m.

Where: Henderson Stadium, Macon, Ga.

Records: Kendrick 2-5, 1-4 Region 2-AAA. Southwest 3-4, 2-3.

Last week: Kendrick lost 41-0 to Jordan. Southwest lost to Central-Macon 41-0.

Series: Kendrick leads 3-1-1, including a 36-18 victory last season.

You need to know: This game was originally scheduled for Friday, moved to Thursday and finally settled on Saturday.
